How do you keep my laundry separate from others?
Maintaining separation and integrity between our customers’ goods is a top priority. We utilize state-of-the-art technology to track and trace every load that enters our building. Please watch our virtual tour to learn more.
How do I know that what I am sending you is being returned?
We weigh all laundry that enters our facility a minimum of 3 times: once when it enters, another after it is sorted, and a final time after it is finished before it is shipped for delivery. We share this data in real-time with our customers via a web-based app. This provides the ultimate in visibility and transparency.
How do you handle stained linen?
We have a well-defined process to manage, track, and treat stained linen. In our new facility, we also have cameras attached to our finishing equipment that monitor items for stains and reject them automatically. For more details, please visit our virtual tour.
Do you deliver on Sundays?
Yes. We deliver 7 days per week.
What markets do you serve?
We service the DMV with our key markets being Baltimore, DC-Metro, and Northern VA Metro
